recently i downloaded battlefiled 5 from origin when i eneter game it start from prolgue mission. cant play multiplayer and snigleplayer game not saving my progers

I have the same problam that mentioned above.
I cant play online multiplayer mode, only single player.
I have tried to solve the problem, but unfortunately I could not.
- I uninstall / Reinstall the game
- I tried to repair the files.

Im having the same issue but I just cant get it resolved. I looked at the windows defender but nothing there that I can find stopping it. I also found this video How To Fix Battlefield 5 Settings Not Saving and Skip Intro - YouTube
The problem is that folder in my documents dont exist due to my user being located in a different drive. I uninstalled the game, created a false user in C: then added a documents folder for the documents to install, then re installed. The documents didnt install and now I have no clue what I should do.
I want to play this game but this is getting too hard basket. Hope you can help..
