Game Not Showing in EA App After Installation

Subject: Game Not Showing in EA App After Installation

Hello EA Support,

My name is İbrahim , and I recently installed Battlefield V through the EA App. However, even though the game is installed, it does not appear in my game library on the EA App.

I have tried the following steps:

  • Restarting the EA App
  • Checking my internet connection
  • Checking the game library
  • Ensuring the EA App is up to date

However, the game is still not visible. Could you please assist me with this issue? If you need any further information from my end or have any suggestions, please let me know.

    Hi Ibrahim, 

    Did you purchase BF V through the EA app or Epic Games? In your screenshot, I see the Epic Games logo on the BF V Icon, which means the game is owned by your Epic Games account that is linked to your EA account. If that's the case, you should use the Epic Games launcher to launch BF V. 

    In case you're still having any issues, please let us know,
