Game Pass Ultimate Game Share Not Working for Battlefield Five

Question

Hi all,My dad has Game Pass Ultimate and sets the xbox as a home xbox so that our family can all enjoy the same games on our own accounts.&nbsp;Unfortunately, this stopped working for my personal account roughly two years ago as the game seems to think I’m a trial player and hasn’t worked since. I’ve played for a while, hell I even got this game on Christmas, and would love to play again. I’ve tried all the tips from the people at the EA Help twitter handle and previous thread about this, and nothing worked. Would love to play Battlefield Five on my own account again, please help!

Honestly, it indeed sounds like a good idea to contact Microsoft Xbox first,&nbsp;@ElliotLH, as it's their product after all (the Game Pass &amp; Xbox Game Share). So it's indeed worth giving it a shot,&nbsp;@Izayah1620.

Hey @Izayah1620,Hmm, this sounds odd indeed.So you even purchased BFV on your own Xbox account from Microsoft (physical or digital?), and even then the game says that you're a trial player?

@Izayah1620  From when people reported this in the past, it was a case of having Xbox support remove the trial status from the account.
