Game play
During online game play I've been getting a black screen, little BF5 loading symbol up in right hand corner displays....average 10 to 15 min wait period then takes me to main menu screen. Please help...
Like @ElliotLH mentioned, it could be an issue with something corrupted in the game data. If reinstalling doesn't stop this from happening, it could also be connection-related as well. We can try running through some connectivity steps as well to see if that helps.
A good place to start out would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If it keeps happening afterward check out the Xbox-specific steps as well. Let us know how that goes when you have a chance. Thanks!
