Game Says Installing when it has already been Installed

Battlefield V is installed, but when I open it, it says it is installing. I don't know why nor how to fix it.

Hey, @DigCarpalTunnels  are you on PC? If yes can you get the folder that you installed BAttlefield V and click on the exe for the game and see if that syncs Origin up. 
 
If that doesn't work right click BFV in Origin and click repair to see if that fixed it.

I am on PC, yes. I've tried repairing but origin doesn't seem to download the files @EA_Atic 

I've also tried repairing the game and it didn't work
