Game wont load on xbox one x

I've tried absolutely everything to get this game working but nothing works. Even if it does load eventually it won't connect online. Uninstalled and installed 3 or 4 times already, completely reset...

Hi there, @TheBigMan.

What is happening when the game doesn't load? Do you get an error message? Also, are you on an Xbox One X or is it an Xbox Series X? Thanks!

Can't connect to ea online severs when it loads. 

Using xbox one x. Was just on live chat with ea help but got disconnected 

Nothing happens when the games won't load other than booting back to the homescreen

    Do you have the game installed on an internal or external hard drive?

      Internal HDD, tried to delete it and reinstall again couple of times.

        Do you have an external hard drive you could try installing it on?
