Game wont load on xbox one x

I've tried absolutely everything to get this game working but nothing works. Even if it does load eventually it won't connect online. Uninstalled and installed 3 or 4 times already, completely reset...

No I use a default xbox profile picture.

Do you still have those UO Trace results? If so, can you post a screenshot of them? If you don't have them, that test can be run again with the instructions here.
