GET OUT!... But only if you're in the vehicle

Question

I thought it would help to clean up chat (by a lot actually) if the "GET OUT" commo rose response can be limited to only those in the vehicle you're in. Otherwise, it's completely irrelevant to everyone else, especially crew in another vehicle. Perhaps "GET IN" should only be available if you're near a vehicle. If those conditions aren't met, then those 2 commo rose responses should either be grayed out altogether, or the other responses should be given a wider area of selection. Then, infantry's ability to request orders, send squad orders, request ammo/meds, etc. will be much easier to select correctly, as it's currently a bit janky due to the small size.

Any thoughts?

@SterlingARCH3R Good point, Get out only visible for passengers of vehicle. The Get in will then perhaps limited to squad or when possible to players within 30 meters. But that can be more complicated programming then. But understand your point. And limit need medic and ammo in chat to 1. Bring in a pause of 10 seconds. Or only player icon blinking. In chat I even have no clue of the players position.
