On which server did this happen? Every server
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Ever since i've started playing the game, 11.12.18
Summarize your bug 1 - Lighting bug on the company menu 2 - Character outlines bug in multiplayer 3 - Lower performance and less smoothness on DX12
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1 - Open the company menu while using DX12, everything appears way darker than using the same menu on DX11. 2 - Get killed in multiplayer and look around for squad mates/medics to revive 3 - Go into the same exact scenario while using DX11 with Future Frame Rendering ON, and DX12 with FFR either ON or OFF, with the GPU usage at 99%.
What happens when the bug occurs? 1 - All the weapons get so dark that you are unable to look at your skins on the company. 2 - The character outlines get stuck on the screen even after you respawn, and only go away by entering the squad menu and getting out. 3 - DX12 lowers the maximum FPS that can be achieved with DX11 with FFR ON in the same GPU usage conditions and the exact same scenario.
What should be happening instead? 1 - The lighthing should be the same as in DX11. 2 - The character outlines should follow the character and vanish when he goes away. 3 - DX12 should improve performance and overall smoothness.

First of all, there is a lighting bug involving DX12, which "turns off the lights" on the company menu.
I uploaded a video to Youtube that demonstrates the issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ByjnmLloaeQ&feature=youtu.be
Also, i want to point out some problems with DX12.
1 - Using DX12 lowers the maximum FPS i can achieve in non CPU bound scenarios, around 10 less frames.
2 - Using DX12 makes the GPU stay in 96%+ usage almost all the time, while DX11 drops the usage a little bit sometimes thanks to a CPU bottleneck.
3 - DX11 only works correctly using Future Frame Rendering ON. On DX12, turning FFR ON or OFF makes no difference.
4 - DX11 with FFR ON feels more responsive than DX12 with FFR OFF.
5 - There's a bug involving character outlines getting stuck on screen, AMD already acknowledged this bug, BUT, they didn't mention that it happens way more often on DX12. See here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-19-1-1
I think DX12 needs some better optimization and responsiveness. The only reason i still use it is to avoid bottlenecking my CPU, but when implemented the right way, DX12 should bring me some FPS boost in ALL scenarios.
