Have battlefield 5 beta installed, early access installed, cannot play

I have the beta and early access to beta installed. But I still cannot play. I have the game preorded and have everything installed on the beta, but still being told I do not have early access for it...

    I have the deluxe edition preordered and I have the early access and what not installed but I can't install the open beta cause I need ea access which I have so like what's the big deal?

You have a gold subscription and the 3 files installed?

We have the access because we preordered. both are installed. When we go to install the Beta Game it just gives the option "Get EA Access" which I and and it sounds like others have.
