haven't received the quest for the gold-plated gun skin

My Type 2A has leveled up to level 10, but I haven't received the quest for the gold-plated gun skin.

    This is a commons issue in Battlefield V, you need to contact EA Help. Explain your situation in detail and they will help you out.

@danisoff when I try to make a case it says I have to resume it or it will get closed and when I click on resume it just shows me some page of recommended ways to fix my issue that don't work. I do not know if thats supposed to happen. Please can you help me.
