Summarize your bug: Turning on DX 12 caues a lighting bug while inspecting your soldiers and customizing your weapons. It's like someone flipped off the light switch in the hangar.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have an AMD graphics card and turning on DX 12
What happens when the bug occurs? Lighting bug while inspecting soldiers, room turns dark.
What should be happening instead? Having normal lighting
