Head Pivot while Prone

Dear Battlefield designers:

For what this may be worth, I thought a VERY NICE / realistic option would be to allow for players to look from side to side / up and down  while in a prone position without the entire body needing to move to accomplish this. 

Battlefiled 4 utilized such an option while flying in aircraft - it would be a huge improvement to the experience if this was transferrable to ground troops via a patch or even for future design consideration.
