help me

 my appeal case #256213946 for Battlefield V ban has been stuck on "Waiting on Studio" since Oct 08. I logged into my account on a shared internet cafe PC. I never launched BFV that day and my playtime was zero. This ban was caused by previous user's cheats on that contaminated PC. I have never used any cheats. Could a community manager help escalate this ticket? Thank you.

    Bans are not handled via the forums. "Waiting on Studio" means your case is in process and will be attended to ASAP. It is probably best if you do not interact with your case as this may bump it to the back of the queue. Thank you. EA_Barry.
