You can not actually rent a server in BFV.
But there is something called "Community Games" where you can set up a Server with your settings.
From BFV main menu, go to > Play > Multiplayer > Community Games > there you can set up a server with the settings you want.

Can I open multiple servers with one account?
How do I apply to open more servers?
If you create one and you want it to start you have to actually join it.
If there are other people joining and the match keeps running then you might be able to leave the server and maybe then creat a second one. (not sure)
But otherwise if you leave your first server when being alone on there to creat another one, then the first one will end again right away.
