How do I fix this ID_SPARTA Bug. I dont get the option to update on game launch

As the title says, when I launch BF:V my game starts up with the ID_SPARTA_.. text, I dont get the two text options to update my UI and I cant fix it. I've tried deleting all folders but the settings one in Documents, I've reinstalled the game and cleared my cache, I've tried disconnecting from the internet after launching and reconnecting to the EA services to see if it'll give me the option to update the game, nothing.
