How to move HUD elements on PC

So in the options, there is a setting to allow HUD element movement, and it is enabled. But when I'm in the game I absolutely cannot figure out how to do it.

Is there a hotkey I'm supposed to press to enter moving mode? Can anyone help please??

    @SuperSCO As far as I know, you can only show or hide the HUD completely, but not move any elements.

    @SuperSCO If you are talking about the HUD motion setting, that is not for moving the HUD elements. If you have that option turned on, the HUD elements react to the game i.e. explosions and move a little, making it harder to read them. If you have turned that option off, the HUD elements are static and don´t react to the game.
