How to move HUD elements on PC

So in the options, there is a setting to allow HUD element movement, and it is enabled. But when I'm in the game I absolutely cannot figure out how to do it. Is there a hotkey I'm supposed to press...

    @SuperSCO As far as I know, you can only show or hide the HUD completely, but not move any elements.

There Is no option to move HUD on your screen. You can only Hide it or leave it Show if possible..
