@ragnarok013 I live in US, so I think it should be an option for me. But every time I create a new case, the recommend contact option is always email, and I cannot change it.

@killerjackni It should allow you to change it, since you are in the US have you disabled any script or popup blockers that may be preventing the webpage from functioning? Have you tried another browser such as Internet Explorer to rule out a browser compatibility issue?

This is what happened after I click the link, is this common?
