How to set up call back? EA Help only allow me to use email

I use a code from third party suceessfully activate Battlefield V on my account, but the game didn't add to my library. I create almost seven cases about this issue, but none of them get reply from E...

    What browser are you using? And can you turn of any add block to see if that helps also clear cookies and cache can help @killerjackni
