I can’t login to my old ea account on the ea play app.

These are my suggestions on getting into your account.
You can reset your password by going here https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword?execution=e113802588s1
The best way to get back into your account/recover it is by using your email account.
If you forget your password, you will be asked to provide the email that is connected to the account. After that, the message from EA Support should be sent to your email. They will provide you a link to reset your password.
If you forgot your email, the 2nd option is to use your phone number to log in if you connected it to your account.
Now if you weren't able to do all this other stuff, the best option at this point is to request a live chat with an EA Live chat.
