I can not connet EA account to Steam
So obviously some one us his EA account lock in to my Steam Account. Right now i can not play any EA game using Steam.

I think you'd be best speaking with EA Help about this. If there is a third-party account you don't own that's been linked with your EA account, then you'll likely need them to see if they can make changes on the back-end.
The guide below does have some things you can try yourself (I don't know if they'll work since the changes will likely need to be authorised), and there's a "Contact Us" button at the very end that'll let you contact EA Help.
