I can't access options. When I click on options nothing happens.

I haven't had problems like this with any of my other computer games, but I find navigating in BF 5 difficult.  First there are no instructions, as if it's assumed that you already know your way arou...

    1. The big difference when not using Win10 is the lack of DirectX12 support and probably fancy technology like RTX-raytracing because of this.

    2. It could be that the graphics driver is outdated or configured wrong to display windows at the right coordinates. Updating the driver could fix this after a preferable driver cleaner app has removed all traces of this driver before starting (driver cleaner).

    3. I would also like suggest removing the BFV config from the user\documents folder one time to reset all settings.

    4. Try stretching the game window by using the ALT+Enter button combination and see if this helps to fix it. Multi-monitor setups can also add up to increased complexity when it comes to scaling windows and doing this on the right screen.

Thanks! Interestingly I'd been enlarging the screen before trying to access options. This time I tried it in windowed mode and was able to get there, but when I enlarge the screen the options disappear, and I'm left with German soldiers. Is this supposed to happen?

-Did you reinstall latest AMD drivers?
-Have you removed the BFV config at least once?
-Have you set the native desktop resolution of your monitor as standard resolution in your game?
-Monitor driver installed?
-Disable multi monitor support
-Try CCleaner or similar cleaner

-Cleanboot your PC

    Thanks! Yes I did reinstall the latest AMD drivers, but for some reason it decided to start working ok before I reinstalled the drivers. Now I'm wondering why BF 5doesn't have joystick calibration and mapping. I don't like fly airplanes with a mouse or keyboard. I've read quite a few complaints about this from other users who prefer using joysticks. When I tried to set up my joystick BF 5 would only recognize one axis and tried to assign it to everything.
