thank you for the quick reply. Yeah , i contacted EA last year when there was a chat, and they unlinked my old account from my PS.
so i made a new account and linked it with my PS but unfortunately i cant receive the verification code when i launch the game.
of course i checked the spam and nothing.
but when i log in to my new EA account through website i get the codes. Only problem is get the code when i launch the game.
You'll need to use the "Contact Us" link in the guide I shared in that case. Unfortunately, account problems cannot be resolved in these forums as nobody has access to the relevant systems for security reasons.
