I cant use my Dog Tags on battlefield V

I cant use my Dog Tags on battlefield V  I already have many but I cant use it ,

DOG TAGS in Profile  awards  Vehicles  PS4 PLATFORM 

can not change and Equip 

any body else have same problem  

Any thing suggest   ?
