I completed the solo mission challange, but it still says not finished in menu

I tried to replay it for four times but it still says 0/1. Also because in the mission it recognized that this mission was already complete, so even if I did it again, the game won't count it. So basically the game is in a dead loop:  Start the mission for the challenge=> mission complete already => no record on main menu => return to step1.
