- @VictorDK87 I assume you meant the i7-9700K CPU. That should good enough for Battlefield. However, looking at your screenshot, Battlefield is taking up less than 40% of your CPU usage and it is still running at 100%. So the problem is not in the game. Look at the NZXT CAM software for example. 21% CPU load just to control you fans and maybe a waterpump? That is ridiculous. Try playing Battlefield without CAM running in the background and see, if the problem persists.
@N4v1sI took a new screenshot. And this is what happens every time. I fixed my NZXT cam, but BFV just takes more CPU Usage. Yes a i7-9700k
- @VictorDK87 Okay, so BFV does take all the CPU power it can. There is still something that is odd to me in your screenshots. In both of them the CPU has pretty much no load at all, but you are getting 70-100FPS. Are the screenshots made while playing the game or just in the startup timeframe?
Nevertheless, running in CPU limit is mostly an instance of the GPU not working at its full potential. A very important video setting in that regard is Future Frame Rendering (FFR). Having it turned of makes the GPU run at half capacity and the CPU is maxed out. So if you do have it turned off, try using it and see what happens. I can confirm this. I had stuttering with an i7 4-core CPU @100% load. So I upgraded to an i7 8-core CPU at 8x5 Ghz and still had 100% CPU load and still stuttering.
Later I found out it was the RAM.
Temporary solution: the freeware tool "Intelligent Standby List Cleaner".
Permanent solution: Upgrade to 32GB fast RAM.
The Screenshots are while playing. Future Frame Rendering didn't help me.
And My GPU is only running 0-5% Usage while playing, and my CPU 100% While playing
- @VictorDK87 5% GPU usage and you are getting 70+ FPS? Something doesn't really line up here. Is the game running on the Intel integrated GPU? :D
Start increasing the graphics setting. The GPU usage should be at 100%. Increasing the graphics setting didn't help. I tried to unplug my graphic card, to see if I could run the game without a GPU installed, but that wasn't the problem.
Today I played some Pubg and the same problem was, that my CPU is running 100%, but with less lag.
I tried making a user.cfg to BFV, didn't help.
I really don't know what the problem is☹️
Did you find any solution? The same happens to me, i'm not able to run the game properly. CPU stays at 90-100% and GPU 0-6%.

CPU: i5 9600k
