I have been banned. But have not played the game for 2 years.
I have tried to get unbanned for some time now. I plead 3 times that I have not cheated and maybe was hacked. All EA did was reset my password. I never hacked in my entire life or have not been banned before. They never gave me a reason. The first answer was something like "we have concluded our judgment was right. At least give me a reason or something.
I have only been playing apex this year. Last year I was half a 6 months in Japan as an exchange student and then a year after coming home I got my friends to buy EA play so could play BF v together since it is more casual than Apex. The chat service people are super nice and i think they did the best they could to help me. But i have never experienced something like this in my life. Please give me some advice i don't want to create a new acc just to buy it again. I want to say on my same account. Sorry for the rant but i have never experienced something like this in my life. It just feels so disrespectful.
- Hi @Dostosjovski Sorry to hear this. However, the only way to appeal a ban is to go through EA's ToS team (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/), but it sounds like you've done that already and have had the appeal declined. There's no harm in trying again of course but, unless you have new evidence, then you may get the same response.
It also sounds like EA Help secured your account but if you wanted to make sure, this guide might help: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/how-to-maintain-account-security/
