I lost all my progress on battlefield 5 ps4

After a long time i downloaded battlefield 5 just to open it and see all my progress wiped....i hope there is a fix out there because this problem is the kind of problem that push people not to play ...

The only thing i have changed since the last time i played its my playstation id.

    @Philip1612M The only other thing I can think of at the moment is checking your PSN and EA Account are still linked.

      Yes they are still linked
