I pre-ordered BFV and I can't play Early Access?

I pre-ordered BFV and I see popular streamers playing early access. In my library, it shows when the game drops fully but it says I have no hours and never played it. Help?

Hey @ayylmaoxd7,

This depends on the version of Battlefield V that you have Pre-Ordered.

If you have Origin Access Premier, you can start playing the full game right now.

If you pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition, you will be able to start playing on November 15th.

If you pre-ordered the Standard Edition, you can play on November 20th.

Hope this clears things up.

so what if i have both pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition + Origin Access Premier ??? i can't play game ...

    That makes no sense.

    What happens when you try to launch the game? This should be solvable.

       i can't see Play button , so i can't start the game. as shown in pictures 1 and 2 below.

        I'm having the same issue. It's say for me upgrade now, and then the error pop's up.
