Re: Wrongful Suspension of My Battlefield V Account

Why does it always get stuck on the final submission page when I use EA Help to appeal the ban on my Battlefield 5, and then an 'Internal Server Error' appears? It's incredibly frustrating to be wrongfully banned and then unable to even submit an appeal. On top of that, my issue remains unresolved.
