I also have the i7-9700k and I am playing in 4k mixed details in DX11 on a RTX 3080.
BFV seems to be a very CPU intensive game and keeps this CPU really busy at around 120 FPS.
At least I could drop my Temps for around 10 Degrees with undervolting the CPU by 0,05mV
