If i buy BF5 used do i have to buy a Playstation plus

I bought my son Playstation Plus And Battlefield 5 to play to gather and it now says I also need to purchase him an EA account as well is this right?!?!? 90$ a year!!!

Hey @Big_Swingga_86 

PlayStation Plus is required for online multiplayer in Battlefield V, so if your son's PSN account doesn't have it, he won't be allowed to access online features in the game. Creating and linking EA account is a free process 🙂
