If my Battlefield V account is banned ， can I still play Battlefield VI?

我是一个纯粹的《战地风云》玩家，ID 为 Zzzz0519。我不明白为什么我看似可怜的统计数据会让我被禁止。我想直接联系 EA 的人工客服。有哪些渠道可用？我已经预购了《战地风云VI》，我还能玩吗？
