Ilse and Norman already owned but cannot be selected

Hi Team,

I recently bought the game and when i loaded in, it said that i had the two elite skins for Ilse and Norman unlocked.

I then proceeded to do the challenges for both of them.

However i am not able to equip either of the characters or either of their weapons.

    Can you try to move the document folder for BFV top desktop, when Origin ask to use cloud data you say NO. @YoCynicalSam

    Start the game up and see if that changed of adding character.

    @YoCynicalSam What happens when you try selecting the skins or the melee weapons you unlocked for them in the My Company menu?

    Hi Elliot,

    It says that i need to purchase them with currency and i am unable to equip them.

    @YoCynicalSam Sorry for the late reply, I didn't see your comment until just now. That is very strange as you clearly own them, and you've been able to complete the challenges for their melee weapons as well.

    Is there any chance you could get a screenshot of your character skins from the My Company menu? I'm curious to see what that shows and it might help Atic too.

    I should have been more descriptive of what i meant.

    When you try to use them as charter do you have a screenshot from there? @YoCynicalSam (what @ElliotLH said)

    Hi @EA_Atic ,

    Thank you for that, I can now select both of the epic characters. 

    One final question is, can I now delete the folder on my desktop? 

    Or is it better to have that as a backup?
