The problem persists.
I've just tested and the issue still persists.
I tried on a DICE server, a Community Game already running, and a Community Game I had just started myself. Always the same negative results. I also relogged on EA's launcher and it didn't help.
Not only I couldn't send messages, but the chatbox was completely silent on all servers I checked, so it's painfully clear that nothing has changed yet.
PS: if necessary I can make a video tutorial explaining how to launch the game, join a server and open the chatbox.
EA_Garrus I tested chat out in an official server. My chat still didn't work and I didn't see anyone else in chat either.
Also for me... chat not working for me and for all others player
