Infinite

Whenever i launch battlefield V, i get a black screen and a V loading symbol in the top right corner, this has been going on for hours. I've redownloaded the game 3 times total and I know my device specs are way above the minimum needed to launch the game. What can i do?

    i've tried every solutions on the internet except reinstall window11 but nothing works. the same problem has bothered me for 2 weeks. hope u can find the solution
