Can some one help me whit this problem I have it after update. I try to repair game restarted pc I have internet everything is running only not bf5. [CM - Editing title for information request]

I've been trying to play online but I cannot connect to the servers. I've tried about anything i can think of. Anybody else experiencing this?

@backformore315Spectrum told me the same thing. It appears EA access is down from Chicago to the eastern seaboard, including most of New England and northern New York.

I am having the same issues on PS4. Everything was fine last night, but today I tried to play the new Wake Island map, but get the "You have lost connection to the EA server". I have troubleshooted everything I can.. reboot modem, PS4, restore licence etc. to no avail.

Unable to connect to BFV servers, PS4. Been having this issue all day. I reset my console and router. Along with, talked to support and did the recommended actions and it still does not connect.

Hi there, @utubunga. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

@EA_Aljo this fix does nothing ...please tell us what to do. I already removed all files and did install the hole game from scratch ...same result
took me more than 2 hours because the game has > 80GB^^

You should be seeing 2 gray rectangles. Click the one on the left. That should let you download the UI update which has been known to resolve this. Can you try that for me?

I can't log into BF1 either so I am assuming the issue is with EA

@utubunga any fixes for the xbox one i just got this game off the EA pass and it wont let me connect online

Yes and i restarted my modem too for about 2 minutes maybe 3 it was off still nothing
