[Information Request] Can't get online bf5

Four hours ago everything was fine but now i cannot connect to servers in any way, not to mention could not fetch your report for several days after the update.This update is a true disaster!

The issue with the end of round error about not being able to fetch your report is being investigated. You should be able to connect though. What system are you playing on?

Power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. That may take care of it. Let me know. Thanks!

I followed the instructions in the link you provided, but unfortunately, it did not work. (I did a reboot of the PS4 as well without any luck.)

Anyone have issues with Battlefield 5 not being able to connect when you open it on the Xbox one. I haven’t been able to get on all day. I tried the fixes that EA lists and none of them helped.

@EA_Aljo  I am on a wired connection and it just started happening today. It was working last night.
