Summarize your bug At the "Lava Cave" between Conquest Objective B/C (or Breakthrough Objective A at sector 4), looking out of the bunker opening closest to the plane wreck (Breakthrough Objective B), if you position yourself too close to the left side and you get killed by an explosive (i.e. a tank or other massive explosive ordinance), you'll get glitched into the wall when you are bleeding out, and you're not able to be revived.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the "Lava Cave". Go to the concrete bunker area overlooking closest to the plane wreck. Stay on the left side. Have a tank shoot to kill you.
What happens when the bug occurs? You will get stuck through the cave wall and will be unable to get a revive.
What should be happening instead? You should be able to get a revive and not glitch through the wall.
