You are misremembering.
My BF1 K/D was 1.54.
If I count my "Kill Assists", my K/D is 1.6.
Plus, with BF1, it only counted 1 out of like every 6+ as an actual "kill assist".
Was a pain in the * to do any assignments where you needed "squad assist" or just "assist" in general.
How do you count your kill assists?
Now that I am completely sober and looking more into it, maybe BF1 did count the "ACAK", as an actual kill towards your K/D.

There is a "pure kill" stat, and a "kill" stat, also shows "ACAK" stat
But my pure kill + ACAK does not add up to my total kills, even if I add in the "unknown" kills.
So...weird.
