Keep loading Battlefield V without completion

Purchaced Battlefield V yesterday.Cannot load Battlefield V.It just keeping loading the game as the image.Refix the game or reinstall the EA App makes no difference.

Do not understand how to insert the image,so I put the image on with "upload files "option
