Keep losing connection to BFV server

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number Nvidia GTX 970
Enter RAM memory size in GB 16 GB
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Any part of the game where online service stuff is
Please select your region North America
On which server did this happen? Any server or in the menu
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Every time i play the game
Summarize your bug When i am in the menus or inside a game mode, Battlefield V will say i lost connection and have to click Go online (when this happens there is some frame lag then I'm at the menu if I'm in=game). This happens when I have a internet connection and I can open the origin overlay that is still connected to the internet as well.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I wish i could say, i know its not my computer since my brother also has this problem on his computer.
What happens when the bug occurs? Lose connection to the game when my internet is working and origin is still online.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play a game longer than 1 match

The bug is super annoying and most of the time i cant finish 1 match the entire day due to it.

    I'm going to go ahead and lock down this post to avoid any further confusion that might pop up on this therad. When it comes to connectivity issues it can either be a general connection issue that is able to be worked out through troubleshooting with our staff, an outage via EA or ISP which is related to a period in time, or game related issue like what was mentioned earlier in the post for Xbox. 

    This post is originally about a year old so please find a relatively new post where someone else is having a similar issue or create a new post if you can't find one.

    We have some connection troubleshooting here in which we recommend running through real quick and make sure you mention those have been taken so we know what troubleshooting steps to take next.
