@ironhead1111 TBH that makes it even more strange as you did have the option. I've just tried again and from the look of things all I do is:
- Select 'Contact Us' at the top.
- Close the 'Your Cases' box which appears for me.
- Select Battlefield V from the list.
- Select 'Missing Content' and then 'Never Received Content'.
- Press the 'Select contact option' button.
- I then get given the option to begin a chat, like the picture below.
Since it's not working for you maybe the way forwards is just messaging them on Twitter? I guess you could also use the option for an agent to call you back on the phone as an alternative.
