There is probably nothing wrong with your system, this issue is server-side and it even affects consoles. EA broke something earlier this year and they can't be bothered to fix it. Fortunately the community found a workaround: you must go in the Gameplay options and set "Player-Created Content" to "Hide".
Be aware that hiding player-created content will also jumble server titles in Advanced Search (for Official servers too, even though by definition they're not player-created), so you may want to toggle the setting when you're in the main menu browsing for a game.
