Letters missing from locations

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Please specify your platform model. Sony PlayStation 4
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Single Player War Story
Which part of the mode? Under No Flag
Please select your region North America
On which server did this happen?
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
Summarize your bug Missing letters from locations
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue?
What happens when the bug occurs? Go to where letters should be, but they are not there
What should be happening instead? Collectible letters

    @OJs_Glove_23 

    You might actually have them all collected, but it's not showing up correctly in the counter. Check out these steps below to see if you can get your reward.

    1. Open your Settings menu.
    2. Go to Application Saved Data Management.
    3. Choose System Storage.
    4. Select Delete.
    5. Choose Battlefield V and pick the files you want to delete or use Select all to delete all Battlefield V save files.
    6. Select Delete again and hit OK to confirm.
    7. Go to Online Storage.
    8. Choose Delete.
    9. Choose Battlefield V and pick the files you want to delete or use Select all to delete all Battlefield V save files.
    10. Select Delete again and hit OK to confirm.
    11. Launch Battlefield V and play the War Story again – making sure to catch the “missing” letters and challenges this time. 
      • Once there are no gaps in the record you should get your reward.
