level 20 class bug

Hi @komradereich6587 If the assignment isn't appearing in the Armory for you to claim, give these things a try:

- Power cycle your equipment (full shutdown of console/PC, unplugged for ~2 minutes, restart your router).
- Play another full match or earn another player rank (you will need to wait for the next round to begin before leaving the match).
- Comple a round of Combined Arms.

I had the same issue with the level 20 medic assignment.

I think in the forum they often say it should show up when you continue playing and leveling up further.

I didn't want to wait.

EA help can usually assist with account issues and missing items.
I created a case with ea help and they unlocked it.
