@ElliotLH Thank you for your reply again. Yeah, so unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a live chat option, only email option, and I have not received any emails marked on the case or even in my inbox besides the survey emails. This is especially frustrating because it's 2 cases marked as "fixed" and closed when the issue hasn't even been resolved yet. Worst part is this bug is due to buying the deluxe edition, so I basically paid extra to get the game bugged without knowing. Anyhow, I'll see what I can do, I appreciate your time and help.

@captainbruh423 The only other thing I can think to suggest right now, other than using an email case, is to fiddle around with the different options on the help site until it give you the live chat option. You might end up having to select something which doesn't match the actual issue, but the agent will be able to record it correctly on their end.
