Level 20 Special assignment
Hello, I’ve had an ongoing issue for some stone now, whenever I get to level 20 on a class I don’t receive the special assignment and this had happened 3 times now which is a shame… is there any way to resolve this issue?

If you've confirmed that they're not simply in the Armory waiting to be claimed, you can try the suggestions in the "Item Acquisition" section of the BFV FAQ:

However, if those do not work either, you will need to visit help.ea.com and open a support case. The steps you would need for this are:
- Go to help.ea.com.
- Search for Battlefield V.
- Choose the "I'm looking for something I earned" option.
- Select either the "Email us" or "Chat with us" option (depending on what options appear at this point).
