Lost all Progression
Hello,
After a couple of days of not playing the game, I decided to have a go at it. Opened the EA app, and eventually the game afterward. The game loaded and all the progression I had is gone, and I truly do mean everything. Even the skins I bought with money are gone from my account. I'm talking about 1500 hours of progression lost just like that out of nowhere.
To remedy the issue, I tried restarting the game numerous times as well as the EA app. I even tried the "repair" option, but to no avail. Please advise.
- Hi @LuchsE75 If it's definitely the right account you're signing in to then it'd probably be worth contacting EA Help so they can take a look.
However, for what it's worth, the account you're using here is showing stats on Battlefield Tracker, so it doesn't look like the data is actually lost (account data is also saved to the cloud anyway).
